Cancellations, Shipping & Returns
Appointment Cancellations
We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time. No-shows, cancellations, or reschedules less than 24 hours before any non-laser appointment will be charged $150 and $250 for laser appointments. Cancellation terms still apply to appointments booked within 24 hours of appointment time.
We practice a strict no-refund policy on in-store services, packages, and membership dues.
Returns
JECT accepts returns of unused products in their original packaging purchased at any JECT store or our online store (jectnyc.com) for a full refund within 14 days with an original receipt.
Please note that JECT gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Online purchases:
By mail:
• Customer must reach out to our Client Experience team with a written request for refund via info@jectnyc.com or our Call Center line 917-573-6806
• Include name, email, mailing address, phone number
• Once return is confirmed by JECT, unopened product should be shipped to: JECT Returns, 11 Christopher Street, New York, NY 10014
• Recommend insured/traceable delivery (JECT not responsible for lost returns)
• 14-day window based on postmark date (not receipt date)
• Refund to original payment method (shipping fees not refunded unless JECT error)
• Returns without original order details OR postmarked 30+ days after purchase = JECT gift card only
To JECT Store:
• Bring return + receipt/email order confirmation
• Refund to original payment method within 7 business days
• Alternative: Exchange for equal value product OR JECT gift card
Returns sent to us by mail by the original purchaser will be refunded to the original method of payment. We regret that we are unable to refund your shipping fees unless the return was due to a mistake on our part.
Returns that are either (a) not accompanied by the original order details or (b) received more than 30 days after the purchase date will be exchanged for a JECT gift card in the amount of the original purchase price.
To a JECT store: Bring your return to any JECT store along with a receipt showing the price paid for the product (e.g., a printout of the email order confirmation). A refund will be submitted to the original method of payment within seven business days. Alternatively, you may exchange the product for another product of the same value or request store credit in the form of a JECT gift card.
In-store purchases:
• Return to any JECT location with receipt
• Refund to original payment method within 7 business days
• Alternatives: Exchange for an equal value product OR a JECT gift card
