Dominic Moccia, PA-C

With more than 15 years of experience in dermatology and medical aesthetics, Dominic brings a deeply human approach to the art and science of aesthetic medicine. His career began in New York City, where he trained in a leading dermatology practice and developed a strong foundation in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Drawn to the creativity and innovation of the West Coast, Dominic later moved to California, where he spent six years refining his expertise in aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and clinical leadership. During that time, he also helped oversee the medical operations of a boutique group of medspas in San Diego while continuing to provide hands-on patient care.

Dominic believes aesthetic medicine should never be about changing someone simply for the sake of change. His philosophy is centered on enhancing what already makes each person unique and helping patients feel more like themselves, not less. Every treatment plan is highly personalized and grounded in safety, honesty, and a thoughtful understanding of each patient’s goals. Known for his calm, compassionate approach, Dominic sees himself as both a practitioner and a guide. He takes the time to educate patients, talk through their options, and create treatment plans that feel authentic, natural, and truly their own.
