Jillian Silverman, PA-C

Jillian is a board-certified Physician Assistant who earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Pace University. She began her career at Lenox Hill Hospital in General Surgery before advancing into Plastic Surgery, where she gained extensive experience assisting in procedures including liposuction, abdominoplasty, breast augmentation, facial implants, fat grafting, and complex wound closures.

Her surgical background informs her meticulous, safety-first approach to aesthetic medicine. Jillian is known for her precision, advanced suturing skills, and calm, thoughtful presence with patients. She believes aesthetic treatments should enhance—not alter—her patients’ features, focusing on subtle, natural results that preserve individuality and facial harmony.

Jillian’s return to JECT marks a meaningful homecoming. In 2019, she was the first medical assistant to join the practice at its inception in the West Village. Being part of JECT’s early foundation shaped her passion for aesthetics and patient experience, and she is proud to return as a provider, continuing to grow within the community that helped shape her career. Initially, you will see her working as a Medical Assistant as part of her training.

Outside of medicine, Jillian channels her creativity through photography, where her attention to light, symmetry, and fine detail further sharpens her aesthetic eye. She enjoys exploring New York City’s restaurant scene and walking her Aussiedoodle, Dougie, around the Upper East Side.
