Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the promotional offer made available by JECT ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with the JECT Men's Package discount offer using promotional code MENSHEALTH. By using the promotional code or purchasing the JECT Men's Premium Package under this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Offer Description
The promotional code MENSHEALTH entitles the user to a 10% discount on the purchase of the JECT Men's Package, reducing the standard purchase price from $3,099 to $2,789. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. Eligibility
This promotional offer is available to individuals who have received the promotional code MENSHEALTH through JECT's marketing communications or authorized channels. The offer is intended for personal use only. JECT reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or revoke the discount at its sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Offer Period and Expiration
The promotional code MENSHEALTH is valid for purchases made on or before June 30, 2026 ("Offer Expiration Date"). Purchases made after the Offer Expiration Date will not be eligible for the promotional discount regardless of when the code was received. JECT reserves the right to extend or shorten the offer period at its sole discretion with or without notice.
4. How to Redeem
To redeem this offer, enter the promotional code MENSHEALTH at checkout when purchasing the JECT Men's Package through an authorized JECT booking or purchase channel. The discount will be applied to the purchase price at the time of checkout. The promotional code must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.
5. One-Time Use
The promotional code MENSHEALTH is valid for one use per customer. Each code may only be applied to a single transaction. Duplicate or repeated use of the code by the same customer is not permitted.
6. Non-Transferable
This promotional offer is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, gifted, or otherwise transferred to any third party. The offer has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or credit outside of the purchase of the JECT Men's Package.
7. Non-Refundable
The JECT Men's Package purchased under this promotional offer is non-refundable. All sales are final. Once the purchase is completed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise determined at the sole discretion of JECT.
8. Existing JECT Members
Customers who are existing active JECT members at the time of purchase will have the $199 membership fee component of the Men's Package credited back to their JECT account. This credit will be applied within a reasonable time following purchase confirmation. The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may only be applied toward future JECT services at member rates. All other terms of this promotional offer apply equally to existing members.
9. What's Included
The JECT Men's Package includes the following components at the time of purchase:
(a) Annual JECT Membership (valued at $199)
(b) $2,900 in account credit to be used on JECT treatments at member rates
(c) One full-face consultation with a board-certified provider and a personalized treatment plan
(d) One complimentary PRP / PRFM treatment (valued at $800)
Package inclusions are subject to change. JECT reserves the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue any component of the Men's Package with reasonable notice. Account credit must be used within the membership term and is subject to JECT's standard membership terms and conditions.
10. Account Credit Terms
The $2,900 account credit included in the Men's Package is valid for use on JECT treatments at member rates only. The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash. Credit must be used within the active membership term. Unused credit at the expiration of the membership term will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing by JECT. Credit may not be applied toward the purchase of products, gift cards, or other memberships unless otherwise stated. PRP or PRFM treatment expires 365 days after membership signup.
11. Membership Terms
The annual JECT membership included in the Men's Package is subject to JECT's standard membership terms and conditions, which are available at ject.us and may be updated from time to time. By purchasing the Men's Package, you agree to be bound by JECT's standard membership terms in addition to these Terms.
12. Location and Availability
The JECT Men's Package and associated treatments are available at participating JECT locations only. Treatment availability, scheduling, and provider assignments are subject to location-specific availability. JECT does not guarantee the availability of specific providers or treatment times. The membership and account credit may be used at any active JECT location.
13. No Combination with Other Offers
This promotional offer may not be combined with any other discount, promotion, offer, coupon, or membership benefit unless explicitly stated otherwise by JECT in writing. Only one promotional code may be applied per transaction.
14. Modifications and Cancellation of Offer
JECT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotional offer at any time and for any reason without prior notice. In the event that the offer is cancelled after a purchase has been completed, the purchased package will remain valid under the terms applicable at the time of purchase.
15. Fraudulent Use
Any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of this promotional code, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use, will result in immediate revocation of the offer and may result in legal action. JECT reserves the right to void any transaction it determines to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, New York.
